1.  What is the fastest way to order, I have  a vehicle down RIGHT NOW?

ANSWER: Either Ebay or through this website. We are immediately notified of all sales and process orders from Ebay and this website as soon as possible. We strive to ship the same day if the order is received before the cutoff time.

Note: If you are ordering from outside the US or Canada, you MUST use Ebay because they have a built in foreign shipping calculator, this website does not.

2.  How does the buy 2 get 1 free deal work, it doesn't show up during checkout?

ANSWER: Available on this site and our Ebay listings ONLY. For products having that deal (standard length 12mm & 14mm shrouded EGT fittings), we automatically include the free extras when we pack your shipment. The shopping cart doesn't show the freebies, but we will include them anyway. For example lets say you want a total of 9, then you simply need to order 6.

Bulk purchase discounts are also available on our other products with a minimum order quantity. Contact us for a quote and lead time estimate. 

3.  What is the fastest shipping option you offer?

ANSWER: FedEx Priority Overnight is the fastest and has the latest pickup time. FedEx orders received by 4pm and USPS orders received by 3pm (US Central time) will usually go out the same day. Depending on your location though, USPS Priority Express sometimes shows up next day anyway, and at a much lower cost.

4.  Do I need a Paypal account to have them process my payment method?

ANSWER: No, because we are a Paypal merchant, they will process your credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account.

5.  Why don't you take orders over the phone?

ANSWER: There are a few reasons for this... By conducting transactions online we can do a much better job of record keeping. By having Paypal process all payments, you will be covered by their buyer protection policies. Furthermore, we never even see your credit card information. This eliminates the possibility of us having a breach that could compromise our customers' data.

6.  Do you offer a warranty?

ANSWER: We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our products with the following terms: JTE Products guarantees our items for life to be free from defects in materials and machining. We will provide at our option; a refund or a no cost replacement to the original purchaser upon receiving a returned defective unit with valid proof of purchase. We will also cover shipping costs for the replacement within the U.S.

Any damages resulting from installation or welding practices are excluded from this warranty. The monetary value of any claim is capped at the listed retail price of the replacement fitting plus shipping charges. No labor costs or related damage will be covered, and no other warranties are expressed or implied. Warranty claims can be made through the contact us submission form or through our company email address.

 7.  Are you willing to develop other custom fittings?

ANSWER: Maybe... We always like to hear about product suggestions, but presently we are only taking orders for custom parts from customers who need to reorder a custom design we have already made for them. This is due to our existing workload, and the costs associated with CNC programming and setup - which only makes sense when producing parts in large quantities. If your product suggestion is similar to an existing product we make, and doesn't require major setup changes to the machinery, we MAY be willing to do some prototyping. But only IF we have machine availability, and IF you can send us some very detailed technical specifications. We also need to know the application, brand, and part number of the sensor for which your custom fitting is intended. For custom parts there is usually a minimum order quantity of at least 25 pieces. Otherwise there is $200 programming and setup fee in addition to your order, which is an industry standard. If you are only looking for a single part, it would definitely be much less expensive to find a local (non CNC) machine shop to fabricate it for you.
